Align
Translating strategy into shared direction
A leadership community explores what a strategy means for its work. Parallel facilitated conversations and AI-supported synthesis connect perspectives and prepare a shared discussion of priorities.
Common Ground helps leaders and teams find common ground across different perspectives, needs and contexts — and turn it into shared direction, sound decisions and an organisation that can adapt.
Experienced practitioners guide the work. AI supports selected moments, where it adds value. Your people keep the judgement and the decisions.

Align · Decide · Organise
Each can stand alone; one engagement often combines all three. In each, we pass on the skills so your teams can carry the work themselves.

What makes the work different
We work with all three at once. Concerns and disagreement matter because they shape understanding, commitment, coordination and action. We design each process around your business challenge; meetings, seminars, workshops and coaching are only the formats.
AI-augmented collective intelligence
We are pioneering an approach that brings experienced human facilitation together with AI that listens and contributes during the conversation — in agreed parts of a meeting, seminar or strategic intervention.
In dialogue with the facilitator and the group, it reflects what has been expressed, connects contributions across the room and helps reveal blind spots: assumptions taken for granted, overlooked perspectives, tensions and possibilities not yet recognised.
The group then examines these contributions, challenges the framing of the issue and explores what becomes possible. Our facilitators combine strategic and organisational expertise with close attention to human dynamics and skill in working with AI live — helping teams deepen their understanding and move more readily toward decisions and action.

Mirror
Reflects back what people have expressed and connects contributions across the room.
Lens
Helps reveal blind spots — assumptions, overlooked perspectives, tensions — for the group to examine.
Possibilities
Helps explore what could become possible.
Convergence
Drafts formulations, priorities, proposals or accountabilities from many contributions.
Continuity
Where agreed and set up, keeps a contextual resource your team can consult after the work.
AI use is selective. Some engagements use it substantially, some briefly, some not at all. How it works, and its limits
Situations we help with
Align
A leadership community explores what a strategy means for its work. Parallel facilitated conversations and AI-supported synthesis connect perspectives and prepare a shared discussion of priorities.
Organise · Decide
Sponsors and members agree the team's mandate, scope, decision rights and resources — with P&L responsibility where relevant — then define roles, priorities and working practices so it can deliver.
Organise · Decide
Teams clarify roles and accountabilities, how decisions are made across levels, and how they coordinate and resolve issues without unnecessary escalation.
Align · Decide
A leadership team works through strategic choices and human concerns, then builds a shared narrative and practical next steps. Selective AI support can help shape the communication and keep context for follow-up.
Align
A group explores its experience and capabilities, examines new readings of its collective potential, and develops possibilities for new services or collaboration.
Capacity building
A learning programme connects successive sessions, prepares relevant peer-group questions, and helps participants and faculty revisit earlier discussions.
